Please join us for our state convention, October 6 through 8, at the Hilton Garden Inn Northeast in Louisville. If you would like a room, the rate is $123 per night and you should call 800-774-1500 or reserve online using group code NFBKY3 before September 5 to reserve your NFBK group rate. Friday is the TAD symposium, where you will learn about the latest in technology and techniques to navigate our world; we are offering a free box lunch for this event due to its popularity and desire to share our program. On Friday evening, we will get together to make some good memories! Saturday, you will help guide the direction of the Kentucky affiliate of the NFB as well as receive updates to current efforts of organizations around the commonwealth to further the cause of the blind. Saturday evening is our annual Banquet, when we share our comradery and spirit in sealing our decisions of the convention. Sunday morning, you will experience the annual business meeting in person! Don't forget: there's always door prizes! Childcare is available up to age 5 during Friday’s Symposium, Saturday’s General Session, and the Banquet for $20 per child per day. Children should be picked up immediately following the Symposium, following morning and afternoon General Sessions, and immediately following the Banquet. PLEASE NOTE no meals will be provided. You are welcome to bring snacks for your child. We will provide light snacks and water.
