Future Reflections

Future Reflections is a magazine for parents and teachers of blind children. It is published quarterly by the American Action Fund for Blind Children and Adults in partnership with the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children. Future Reflections is available free of charge to subscriber addresses in the US in regular print, on USB thumb drive, via email, or online on the NFB website.

Free White Cane Program

The white cane gives blind people the ability to achieve a full and independent life, allowing us to travel freely and safely. The NFB has a FREE white cane program. For details, visit the NFB Free White Cane Program website.

National Association of Guide Dog Users

Being a Division of the National Federation of the Blind, NAGDU provides a forum for guide dog users and seeks to promote a positive philosophy of blindness and the use of such dogs by blind individuals. By doing this NAGDU works to fulfill the over-all goal of the National Federation of the Blind to integrate the blind into society on a basis of equality with the sighted. The Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation

The Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation is a state government rehabilitation agency that offers assistance to persons who are blind or visually impaired. We also provide various services for employers interested in hiring or accommodating workers who have a vision loss.

Blind US Veterans Information

National Association of Blind Veterans are a nationwide organization of blind and visually impaired veterans striving to serve our fellow veterans who have lost their sight in the service of our country or have lost their sight after serving our country. Service connected or not we know that by reaching out to our fellow blind veterans we can assist them in achieving the fullest and most independent lives possible.
